Booking/Security Deposit/Utilities:

A booking deposit of €300 is payable with your application form. A further payment of €800 is payable with 1st semester/1st instalment payment. These payments are in addition to the above 6 x instalments/semester rates and are broken down as follows;

  • Electricity €500
  • Security €250
  • Utilities €350 (Cable/TV Licence/Internet/ Waste Collection) (non-refundable)
*If paying Sep - Feb (6 x instalments) option, there is a once-off administration fee of €200.00 payable with the 1st month’s payment.

The office pays all your bills.

Electricity

If your Electricity bills exceed €500.00, we take the excess amount from your security deposit. If it’s under €500.00, the balance amount is refunded with your security deposit.

Security

Your security deposit of €250.00 (less mandatory €40.00 cleaning/maintenance charge) will be returned to you if everything in the apartment is in the same condition as you found it at the start of the year.

Utilities

Utilities are a non-refundable fee and cover your TV bills, TV license, Refuse Collection and Wifi.
