DEPOSIT
A booking deposit of €665 is payable with application form and is additional to the above rents. The amount is broken down as follows:
- ESB:
If your ESB bills exceed €200, we take the excess amount from your security deposit. If it's under €200, the amount is refunded with your security deposit.
- Security:
Your security deposit of €250 will be returned to you if everything in the apartment is in the same condition as you found it at the start of the year.
- Utilities:
Utilities are a non refundable fee and cover your NTL bills, TV license, Refuse Collection and internet.
The office pays all your bills.
